Quiet road

Double room with en-suite in semi detached modern house. Shared kitchen. Television to in bedroom. Shared small balcony, access to garden. If you enjoy gardening you are welcome to help or just use it to relax. There is plenty of on road parking. Landlord is only resident 1 to 2 days a week at present.
There is a friendly cat that may want to follow you around -so you have to be cat friendly.
Would prefer a professional to occupy the room. Neighbours are friendly ( just incase they are reading)
There is a close bus stop with a fairly limited schedule ( you just have to know the times). Neighbourhood is fairly quiet and you are surprisingly close to the countryside. The nearest pub is a couple of miles away in Decoy, but it’s a lovely walk and there are tables on the green there.
I am a primary school teacher-the cat is… well just a cat.
There is some flexibility with furniture I will put in a television. There is a dishwasher !
There are no bills at present but if we agreed we needed a cleaner once a week we would share that bill for the shared areas
I have a son at university who may sometimes stay in breaks and a daughter who pops round for meals once a week but I am mostly out.
