Double room. East Ogwell. Professional preferred

Double room with en-suite in semi detached modern house. Shared kitchen. Television in bedroom. Shared small balcony, access to garden. If you enjoy gardening you are welcome to help or just use it to relax. There is plenty of on road parking. Landlord is only resident a few days a week at present.
There is a friendly cat that may want to follow you around -so you have to be cat friendly.
Would prefer a professional to occupy the room. No - smoking in the house Neighbours are friendly ( just incase they are reading)
There is a close bus stop with a fairly limited schedule ( you just have to know the times). Neighbourhood is fairly quiet and you are surprisingly close to the countryside. The nearest pub is a couple of miles away in Decoy, but it’s a lovely walk and there are tables on the green there.
I am a school teacher in a school for children with complex needs -the cat is… well just a cat.
There is some flexibility with furniture. There is a dishwasher !
There are no bills at present but if you went mad and tripled the bills somehow I might suggest ask for a contribution- haven’t ever had to do this.
I have a daughter who pops round for meals once a week with me but I am mostly out.
Shared lounge, cat and cleaning responsibilities.
There is a quite well equipped gym in the garage but I kind of keep that locked away incase someone gets hurt or fit.
