Lovely Double Room to Rent in Beautiful Home

Hi there,

I have a spacious double room to rent in my beautiful home in Exeter, 2 mins from Polsloe Bridge train station.
I would prefer a quiet professional person but am open to the right person whatever that brings.
There is plenty of parking outside the house and a lovely sunny, quiet garden (gardeners welcome!).

The room for rent is a good size with large wardrobes space.
It has a comfortable double bed, a desk and bedside table.

The room has good quality carpet and is decorated well.
It is situated at the front of the house.

This is very important....
Person must be tidy, clean and thoughtful of their living space,
I do eat meat occasionally and would prefer someone who doesn't fry steak on a constant basis!

Bathroom is lovely and relatively new, although small, it has a big, decadent bath and powerful shower.
There is a shared kitchen/diner/hangout space. Small utility room leading to garden which is very private, this is generally quiet and tranquil.
There are 2 separate toilets. An upstairs loo and a downstairs loo behind the kitchen.

Calm & peaceful happy house with a lovely vibe.
Bright with lovely furnishings.
Plenty of parking outside and 2 mins walk from Polsloe Bridge train station which is really handy.

7 minute drive to University. 15 minute cycle ride.

Walking distance to Morrisons Supermarket.
