The house has 3 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. The room offered which is unfurnished, will give you your own separate bathroom so not shared and the room can fit a double bed and furniture.

Currently I have the top floor bedroom with private door leading upstairs and own en-suite.
My other housemate is a 27 year old busy working professional who also has her own room and en-suite and is extremely friendly, tidy and great fun.
I am a singer/songwriter with my own studio also located in the house plus am great fun too! You won’t get bored!!

I have a fantastic dog called Freddie who is great for people who have allergies as is clean, funny and great company to have around! Pictures upon request!!
The house is in a truly great location with access to the M5 in minutes. The Exeter Chiefs Rugby ground is only ten minutes walk away as is the Blue Ball Pub which offers top quality food.
Busses also regularly are available with the bus stop just around the corner as well as a Spar convenience store which is literally less than a minute away.
