Female lodger from 20th July 26 pcm

I’m looking for a new female lodger from 20 th July . A post grad student or someone who is working. I have a large attic room which is fully furnished. It is bright and sunny. There is a double bed. There is free WiFi and central heating.

There is a large family bathroom which you will have to yourself as I have an en-suite. I have a big kitchen with full facilities. I am 15 min walk from the centre of Exeter with a good bus service. Half hour walk to the Streatham campus and 10 minutes walk to St Luke’s. 5 minutes walk from the hospital. Close to shops. Quiet neighbourhood.

I’d like someone who would like to walk my dog Benny.

I am relaxed and easy to get on with.
