We are looking to rent out our annex to a clean individual. This property is best suited for a professional, postdoctoral fellow or Ph. D. student as it is within walking distance to the university. All bills and council tax are included in the rent.
This ensuite is fully furnished with a double bed, couch (which can also be converted into a double bed), wardrobe, cooker, fridge/freezer, and all the essentials. Duvets, bedsheets and pillows also provided. You will have your own bathroom and kitchen stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery and a source pan. It is secluded from the main house. The property is gated with free public parking on the street.
Good transport links to the city center but also close enough to walk.
It is also walking distance to the University (I personally prefer to walk).
Whatsmore? there is a co-op, Chinese takeaway, 3 fish and chips shops, a Greek restaurant and a Tescos within minutes of the property. Oh! and by the way, the quay is just down the road.!
Short stays preferred .
Advertised rent is for single individuals. As I will be covering bills it will cost an extra £150 for couples.
