Good transport links to the city center but also close enough to walk.
It is also walking distance to the University (I personally prefer to walk).
Whatsmore? there is a co-op, Chinese takeaway, 3 fish and chips shops, a Greek restaurant and a Tescos within minutes of the property. Oh! and by the way, the quay is just down the road.!
