Furnished double room to let in a 3 bed-room house. Within walking distance from Exeter St Davids train station. Tesco express, Fish & chip and a Pub are just down the road. Free parking on the street.

All bills are included with the rent, including utilities, council tax and tv licence . Communal area - Bathroom, Living room and kitchen are shared (keeping tidy and clean is shared responsibility too).

There is a 32” smart tv in the double room. Super fast fiber optic WiFi. South facing garden, and a good garden view from your room window.

I have got an orange cat called Simba (he is a very friendly cat). Although you don’t need to be a cat lover, you must be someone who wouldn’t mind cat.
