Large Room in Quirky Flat Share.

A large period room to rent in a ground floor flat with a large shared garden ten minutes from the centre close to St Leonards. This is a no frills but character flat. I'm an arty easy going woman who loves nature and the simple life. Unfortuneately the landlord will only accept working people. I like a clean and tidy home . It would be nice to find someone happy to share a cup of tea or food but not towels, or pockets, ha ha. Looking for someone who wants a long term let. The room to rent is a roomy double. Council tax B. I initally showed this ad with the bills included but as that is a little variable i've now shown the rent only of £430 then approx £150 in bills. and apologies but I'm not sure of the deposit amount as the rent has changed. Also the landlords ask for proof of earnings 2.5 x the rent ,;£1075. PS although I am vegetarian (mostly) I have no problem sharing with meat eaters.
