The large shared kitchen/dining room is on the ground floor with shared use of the fridge, oven, microwave & kettle and reasonable access to the washing machine. There is also a personal cupboard available.

I have a small dog so anyone interested must be used to dogs and be dog friendly.

There are good transport links to buses, train and M5.
Local and large supermarkets are within easy walking distance.

Rent is inclusive of bills with good broadband.

This is a quiet household and we are unfortunately unable to accommodate night shift workers.
