Whole house for rent (then room)

Hiya
I'm currently a live out landlord, not sure when I will be moving back (depends on being able to sell the house I live in with my (ex) partner).

Therefore it's a whole house that you will have to yourself😂 you can pick which bedroom you like, one is an ensuite the other has the main bathroom attached.

I love my job as a nurse, and enjoy going to the gym. I read and walk for fun, love movies. Not a big cook and hopeless at DIY.

I know how rough it is trying to find somewhere to live and I'm pretty easy to get on with. Open to discussing short term or reduced rent if you're only staying some nights (travelling home at weekends for example).
I'm looking for someone pretty chill, prefer female company but open to clean tidy men.
P. s I have a shorthair tabby cat.

I will of course provide furniture, I just have to wait for the current tenants to move on :)
