I have two double bedrooms available in a lovely maisonette on the quayside, as my current lodgers are moving in with their partners. Both rooms will be available from 20th July 2026.

The flat is set over two floors and includes three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space to cook and socialise.

It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a 15-minute walk to the city centre, with great local amenities nearby including Aldi, Co-op, and Boots. There’s also parking available, and easy access to public transport with a Park & Ride stop and Marsh Barton train station close by.

Rent includes all bills and broadband (council tax not included – approx. £130/month).

A bit about me: I’m a 29-year-old dietitian, and I’m ideally looking for a friendly, tidy, and respectful housemate – either a mature student or young professional.
