Downstairs there is a shared open plan kitchen with all standard amenities, dining & living space and a second living room. The house was ua full renovation project and still has a few rough edges but finally nearly there!
There is a small courtyard garden where you can store bikes etc.
The house is a 10minute walk from the city centre and also close to the St Lukes campus. There is on street permit parking available.

One of the current tenants lives there all week, the other works away so only there at weekends, so for the most part there will just be 2 of you at home. I’ve just moved to work abroad for 6 months, but will be back in September.
