Double Room Available in Exeter- Pinhoe Area

I have a room available in my house from August 2024.

The house is three-bedroom semi-detached with a garden and two parking spaces within the Mayfield Gardens development in Pinhoe, just a short distance from Exeter City Centre. The closest station is Pinhoe, which is just a short walk from the house, and has trains that go into Exeter in minutes, or directly to London Waterloo.

The house was built in 2021, so still very new and I am looking for someone who wants to come and treat to the house a bit of a haven away after the working day.

The house is fully furnished and downstairs, there is a good size living room, kitchen and dining area and toilet. The three bedrooms are all on the second floor, with the main bathroom having a bath and shower. The main bedroom has an en-suite.

The room available has built in mirrored wardrobes and comes furnished. I need to update the photos as the bed has changed but hopefully the current information shows the size of the space.

The total amount is £650 per month, inclusive of bills. References and right to rent check would also be required.

I work in London and spend half of my time there so you would have the house to yourself a few days per week.

To keep the balance, I’m looking for another female who works full time and wants to treat the house as a home.
