V large kitchen with range cooker American style fridge/freezer, Utility room w/machine, micro, small court yard garden. Garden is decked and has furniture/bbq. I'm easy going and into sailing, surfing, running, rugby, food..

Bedroom located on the 1st floor. Bathroom, shower in bath and separate cloakroom to share with other female tenant. Also there is a ground floor shower/toilet.
I have my bedroom /snug/bathroom on the 2nd (top) floor.
Looking for someone friendly that can respect others with regard to noise and tidiness and maybe have a chat over a cuppa.

Inclusive of bills.... Sadly Rudi the cat isn't around anymore so animal free.
