We have a ground floor room available in a period 2 story Victorian Terraced house. There are several steps up to the front door.
* The listing states there are 2 rooms total - I have asked Spare room to adjust this. To clarify, the house has 5 bedrooms and currently 4 housemates, the advert is for a 5th housemate.*
All bills are included and the house is fully furnished - apart from bedding! Council tax, water, gas, electricity and broadband are included in the rent. The house has gas central heating and is fully double glazed.
The room has a built in desk and a period built in cupboard with glazed doors to the top half, and a beautiful period slate mantlepiece. There is a double bed and a comfortable arm chair and a wardrobe in the room. The window is a skylight and a high window combination.
Downstairs are 2 bedrooms and a shared shower room and WC, a large communal open plan Kitchen, dining area and lounge with 2 sets of French windows opening out into the shared courtyard garden.
Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms and a shared full bathroom with shower over bath tub.
At the back of the house is a service lane with a gate into the courtyard - which gives access to some secure bike storage space.
We have a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.
There are bus stops close by.
Of the 4 current housemates, 3 are keyworkers at RD&E and one is a professional.

We do check references, via National Residential Landlords Association service and are NRLA Accredited landlords..
Regretfully our HMO licence doesn't allow for double occupancy of the room so this is a double room for a single person let.
