The ensuite comprises of a walk-in shower cubicle, low-level WC, pedestal basin, bathroom cabinet with mirror and overdoor towel rail.

Shared areas include living/dining room furnished with two sofas, 65-inch flat screen smart TV, floor lamp, dining table and chairs; kitchen furnished with fridge/freezer, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker and a selection of cutlery and crockery as well as ample cupboard space; hallway with coat stand and shoe rack.

The property is also equipped with Philips WiZ smart LED lighting in almost all areas, which is app-controlled and access to this will be set up.

Please Note: This is a Halal household, so would prefer a Muslim flatmate. Don't have to be practicing, but just adhere to some basic principles (i. e. halal food, no alcohol etc.) Other things important to me would be being a reliable rent payer (so professional is preferred) and someone who is fairly clean and tidy as I'm quite houseproud.
