Lovely, refurbished double room. Furnished to rent. On-road free parking. Large double wardrobe. Desk in room, smart TV, own fridge and cupboard space in kitchen.

Bus stop to city centre (route A) 1 min away, St Thomas rail station 10min walk. Lovely park with tennis courts 5 min walk away.

We are a married couple, with 1 small dog and no children (which has kept us young at heart if not in body). We try to keep the place tidy but relaxed. It is 'lived in'. We work from our home office so would prefer someone who works outside of the home during the daytime. In the evenings we enjoy cooking, catching up on the latest TV shows, movies, gaming or listening to music.

Looking for a responsible, down to earth, tidy, lodger who enjoys a relaxed household. Must love dogs. Shared use of bathroom, kitchen and secure sunny garden, but we are keeping our sitting room as a private space. Cleaning will be shared between us all in communal areas (materials provided). Advance warning of overnight guests required. No smoking inside the home.

Whilst we enjoy our own privacy it would also be nice to be social and share the occasional meal and/or drink with you.

Mon-Fri let considered (ie 5 nights Sunday to Thursday)

Shorter stays could be considered, however our standard contract is for an Initial 3 months, with rolling month to month basis thereafter by mutual agreement. 1 months notice expected.

An upfront, non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the room. If you subsequently move in, this will be deducted from your full deposit which is £625.
