Double en-suite room

Looking for a new house mate to join a 3 bed property. You’ll be sharing with a male and female couple and another male, all very lovely and working - one of the males is also studying psychology.

If you’d like to meet them I’m sure they’d be happy to arrange it, just let me know when we organise a viewing :)
The shared areas include a kitchen/living area and a small utility room, which has a washing machine, printer, and an extra toilet.

The flat is in a really convenient location - close to the RD&E, Exeter University, the city centre, and well-connected by public transport. There’s no garden, but Belmont Park and Heavitree Park are both nearby, so there are nice outdoor spaces around.
