Large bedroom (4.5m x 3.3m) with underfloor heating and private ensuite shower room/toilet in a shared property with two others (Inc me) and my large female dog Rosa. 10-15 mins walk to the University and 20 minutes walk to St Davids.

Currently furnished with:
- double bed and mattress
- bedside table
- wardrobe
- chest of drawers
- cubic storage unit

Have access to kitchen, lounge with log burner, storage in the loft, garage, decent sized garden inc raised veggie beds and shared off road parking but will need permit as well as sometimes the drive is full (£30).

Obviously must be okay with dogs. I renovated the property and it is insulated in the floor, walls and ceilings as I have installed an air source heat pump with underfloor heating - nice and toastie.

I grew up in Devon and work in forestry both from home and out on site. I am very sociable and have many hobbies/projects.

Rent includes all bills. First months rent up front and then payable on 1st of every month. Deposit = one months rent.

Ideally looking for a mature/post grad student or professional of a similar age and interests.
