Now my daughter has left home, I am looking to share my house again. It’s just me and my cat here so it’s a quiet and peaceful household, but friendly and welcoming I hope. The room is at the top of the house and so feels private and tucked away. The bathroom, kitchen and sitting/dining room are shared. I work 3 days a week and work from home one day a week.
The house is located about 15 minutes walk from the R D and E hospital and about 20 minutes walk from town. There are frequent buses into town, bus stop a few minutes from house. The beautiful river walks are a few minutes walk away.
This room would suit a post grad student/mature student or professional. No WFH please.
Cat lovers are an essential criteria as I live with a rescue Siamese cat who needs a lot of love!
