The house is located in the St. Thomas area of the city (EX2). This is just the other side of the river, very near to Exeter Quay, with all its cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. St. Thomas has a good variety of local shops, including 2 supermarkets, on your doorstep. There is a good bus service to the city centre and University. The city centre is approx. 15 minutes walk. Streatham campus is approx. 40 minutes walk. Students also cycle to campus. On street parking is available – residents’ permits can be obtained.
