Double room Exeter city centre

Hi! We’re Frankie (31) and Phoebe (32), two professional females looking for a new housemate to join our lovely three-storey home in Exeter city centre.

We have a double room available in August (poss before). It is unfurnished. The rent is £410, bills are not included, these have typically come to £150-170 in Winter (council tax, gas/electricity, water, internet, TV licence). You will share a bathroom with one person.

We also have a large and light living room, separate dining area and a small patio/garden area. There is on street parking available and you have to get a permit from the council. We have lovely neighbours!

We are looking for a friendly, tidy and sociable housemate, someone who is up for hanging out every now and then, going out for food/coffee etc. but also respectful of personal space and downtime. We like to keep the house clean and tidy so that it is a nice place to live!

We’re both very active and have lots of different hobbies and interests, and we’d love to live with someone who values a relaxed and respectful home vibe.

Must be a working professional (no students due to work-related insurance).
