The house has a front garden and a back patio/garden.
There's a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and conservatory.
There's a furnished front room (no TV but there is a projector).
There's a very large basement with room to store bikes/surf boards/ect.
The road is a lovely cobbled pedestrian only road in the middle of Exeter town.
~10min walk to Exeter Quay and ~5min walk to Exeter high street and Central station.
