Lovely double room in freshly decorated house, some ongoing upgrades to the property which won’t impact the rented room.
The house is on a quiet road with minimal noise for those that like a peaceful night’s sleep (or work shifts and need to sleep in the day). The bed is a kingsize.
Access to the M5 is excellent, 2-5 minutes depending on traffic. Exeter central is 15-20 minutes by car, or a 30 minute cycle. Sandy Park / Sowton/ Westpoint arena all 5mins drive or 25min walk. The village has an excellent shop and post office, and a lovely pub.
In the house you’ll have access to the kitchen with all cooking equipment provided (and a dishwasher), bathroom, a second downstairs toilet, dining and living area and the back garden.
There’s a garage to store larger items, bikes etc if needed. Laundry facilities.
Room not suitable for a home worker.
