Room has double bed wardrobe TV display and desk
Hard plank flooring with large area rug.

Outside the room on landing is a shared airing space and washing machine but your own personal airer supplied with room

Between the 2 bedrooms is a shared bathroom with shower basin and toilet your own storage space will be provided .

Downstairs is the shared kitchen you will have your own fridge and freezer.
There is a conventional oven and hob or use of a large double airfryer shared plates etc
Table in kitchen if you like to sit and eat !! Rarely used lol

Downstairs wc currently my washing facilities but please use if needed.

Next to lounge is my bedroom which opens onto small courtyard garden
can be entered from carpark at rear of property and also has 1 allocate parking space and 1 visitor parking (if free)

I have 2 small dogs they have the run of the house but not your room a cocker spaniel and a cavapoo.
However they spend most time with me Downstairs.

We are a relaxed friendly house hold. Will be here but not in your face!!
