Hi! I’ll be looking for a new housemate around spring/summer this year, as my current housemate will be moving out.
The house is a lovely home near St David’s train station in Exeter, with great transport links and only about a 15-minute walk into town.
The available bedroom is a small double, there’s a bathroom with a good-sized bath, and the kitchen and living area are both spacious and comfortable. There’s also a garden and on-street parking.
Rent is £450 per month, plus bills, which would be split 50/50.
A bit about me: I’m 33 alternative nerdy woman with an interest in fantasy and psychology. I am a working professional, and I enjoy art and crafting, walks in nature, going to gigs, gaming, reading, and board games.
I’m really hoping to find a female housemate who is also working and ideally shares some similar interests, as I’m looking for someone I can genuinely get on well with and make the house feel like a home. 😊
