Our Exeter Platinum en-suite serviced apartments provide the chance to meet new friends. Each apartment contains between 5-6 stunning en-suite rooms, surrounded by the exclusive Luxe Lounge.

Platinum rooms come with en-suite bathroom, work desk, spacious wardrobe, and a comfy double bed.

The Luxe Lounge features modern communal living areas and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils including private fridge/freezer and storage with a key card locking system for each guest, dishwasher, blender, rice cooker, drinks cooler, and much more.

The Luxe Lounge also comes with comfortable and luxurious sofas, breakfast bar, a coffee table, a large 55-inch smart TV and games console including games. This is the perfect place to spend time with your friends and relax with all the luxuries on offer.

Our onsite team will also provide a regular cleaning service of your room, with fresh towels and bed linen replacement included. What’s more: the Luxe Lounge is cleaned daily, so you won’t need to stress over whose turn it is to do the dishes!
