Available room in great location from 1st July in 2 bed flat with an amazing view of Exeter. Double Bedroom comes unfurnished with a large built in double wardrobe. Reference checks will be conducted through connells estate agents. Current flatmate is moving out and will be taking the majority of the living room furniture with her. You’re welcome to bring any pieces you’d like, and I’ll also be adding some furniture to the space. I will also be inputting more furniture into the space.

I am currently a music teacher. I’m clean, respectful, and enjoy a good chat or catching up on the balcony with a cup of tea. I appreciate a relaxed, friendly home where we can each have our own space but also enjoy chatting or having a shared meal. I cook a mean satay noodle dish.
