I’m looking for a student to take over the tenancy for my ensuite room at The Printworks from the following dates: (if you decide to take on the room for a longer period that can also be arranged)

Available from 1st June until 1st September 2026 @ £175 p/w (negotiable but originally £195 p/w)

The room is a classic double in a private ensuite. First floor with great lighting! The flat has 5 other students (4 girls and 1 guy). and a shared kitchen and living area. The environment is friendly, laid back and clean. (we have a rota system for bins)

This is ideal for students looking for clean, friendly environment, with modern facilities and everything included in one simple payment. Other flatmates are all primarily asian, very friendly, easy-going and clean (Most may not even be around during the summers)

The location is excellent. You will be located in the city centre and surrounded by complete facilities. Tesco Express, Co-op, other Chinese and Turkish supermarkets are two minutes away. Exeter City Centre bus station and many High street stores, restaurants, and a cinema are all within walking distance. Life is convenient. It takes 15 minutes to get to the main campus by bus and 23 minutes to walk.

Now it’s only ￡175/week. Just bring your bags and check in. I will be happy to provide detergent, shopping bags, washed bed sheets, pillows, and a duvet. There is lots of storage space, and a desk with a chair to work on as well.
