I have a lovely room available in a friendly house starting from 1st May.
I am currently the tenant here and I’m looking for a reliable person to share this home with. I don't mind if you are a student or a professional, as long as you are clean, respectful, and easy-going!
The House & Room:
The bedroom is a great size and features a large fitted wardrobe for plenty of storage. I am happy to provide a bed if you need it furnished, or I can clear the room if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture.
The rent is £450 per month, which includes all bills (Wi-Fi, water, gas, and electricity).
Shared Spaces:
You will have full access to the shared living room, which is a cosy place to relax, as well as a tidy, fully-equipped kitchen. Please note there is no garden, but we are close to local parks and amenities.
About the Household:
I want this to feel like a proper home where we both feel comfortable. Regarding smoking: I don’t mind if you smoke, but it must be strictly outside the front of the property as the house is non-smoking inside.
