Fun final-year house near Streatham Campus

We’re two final-year students looking for a friendly flatmate to join our house. We’re both easy-going, sociable and good fun to live with. We like going out, meeting friends and making the most of student life, but we also like keeping things relaxed.

We’re both into going to the gym and keeping active, so it would be great to live with someone who enjoys a similar balanced lifestyle, although that’s not essential. We’re in final year, so we'll be up campus a lot, but we still want the house to feel like a calm relaxed environment where we can all get on.

The house is in a really convenient location and isn’t far from Streatham Campus, so it’s easy to get to uni. It would suit another student who wants to live somewhere sociable but also respectful, especially around deadlines and exam time.

We’re looking for someone who is sociable and happy to be part of the house rather than just renting a room. Ideally, you’d be someone who enjoys a chat, is up for the night out, with a good balanced lifestyle.

Overall, we’d love to find someone who fits in well, can have a good laugh and feels comfortable in the house.
