Ensuite near Streatham, Tenancy takeover £255 off

Looking for someone to take over my Premium Ensuite on the 3rd floor next year from 12 September 2026 to 4 September 2027, at Clifford House. It's cheaper than booking on their website, because they've raised the price from £199pw to £204pw, so it's £255 cheaper. I'll cover any takeover fees.

It's a small double bed, ensuite, a 15 minute walk relatively flat (it's Exeter) walk to Streatham Campus. Shared kitchen with 5 other people, who will be a mix of 3rd, 2nd and 1st years. It's on the 3rd floor so the view is nice and there's less street noise.

The accommodation team are great, I know someone who lives here currently and she's been happy with them, and I've lived in other Prestige Student Living accommodations and been taken care of there. They're prompt in replying to emails and sorting out any issues.

The reception area is a nice place to socialise, and you'll get to recognise people, unlike when you live in the official university accommodations. There's a pool table, study area, cinemea lounge, garden and cycle storage area.

I'm looking for a takeover due to a change in my own circumstances.
