The house is quite large (1500 square feet) and is only a five minute walk from town a 10 minute walk to the university and a 20 minute walk to the hospital.
The house has five bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Two bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs and three bedrooms and one bathroom are upstairs. I have a bedroom and bathroom downstairs so you would be sharing the second floor bathroom upstairs with the other tenants.
All rooms have brand new good quality furniture.
Bills are included in the price and I would not require a deposit but would need you to pay rent on the day you move in and on the same date every month from that point onwards. I own a pizza business in Devon and am renting the rooms out to make abit of extra money.
I would like to live with people who are kind and easy going and are either students or have a job. Sorry no couples.
