Double room for rent with live in landlord

I’m looking for a lodger from July onwards for my house in Exeter.

The house is about 20-30 minutes walk from the RDUH, 20 minutes walk into town and 2 minute walk from the nearest train station. The train goes in both directions (into town and out) and is a quick and easy way to get to the coast/beaches. There’s plenty of bus stops along the road and the nearest supermarkets are around 5 minutes drive away. There’s also lots of green spaces nearby too.

The room is currently unfurnished (but can be furnished if needed). You’d also have access to the rest of the house too - study, shared bathroom, open plan kitchen/dining room, lounge, sitting room and back garden with a shed for storage. There’s also a partially boarded loft for any further storage. Car parking is permit parking on the road. Just as an fyi I’m currently giving the house some gradual TLC hence some of the pictures!

About about me:
I’m currently a Psychiatry Doctor working in Exeter and will be a live-in landlord. I have a cat called Oscar who is very friendly who will also be living in the house. I’m looking for someone friendly, reliable and tidy.
