I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at ISCA Lofts for the 2026/27 academic year due to a change in my circumstances.
The room is in a modern student flat with a double bed and en-suite with friendly flatmates at ISCA Lofts, one of Exeter's most popular student accommodations. It's in a great location with easy access to Streatham Campus, St Luke's Campus, Exeter city centre, shops, restaurants, and transport links.
