Private top floor bedroom, spacious central house

Hello, we are looking to find someone to join our friendly household in very central Exeter location. We are two young professional girls (Sophie 23 and Lillie 24) working locally, and we like to keep an easygoing, peaceful household.
If you like whimsy and fun our household is dripping in it, and we like finding fun new ornaments in charity shops to furnish the place.

The bedroom for rent is the whole of the second floor so it feels very private, and it’s spacious and light. The house is a great spacious place with cool features like glass lounge doors and kitchen tiles and not expensive to run in the winter.

Full amenities including 2 fridges, washing machine, all basic kitchen appliances. If you have any questions please let us know, we would love to find someone we get on with but we do not mind anyone who wants to keep to themselves at all. We would love to meet you and give you a tour!
