Looking for a Flatmate

Looking for a new flatmate to share my flat from 5th September!

The flat is in a fantastic central location, with both bus and train stations just a 7 to 10 minute walk away. It also has really lovely views, which are definitely one of my favourite things about living here.

The room is £840 pcm (excluding bills). The flat is available unfurnished, but my current flatmate is happy to rent their furniture if you’d like. You can see the current furniture setup in the photos. The deposit is £1000

A little about the home. I’m very clean (or at least I try to be!) and tidy, so I’m looking for someone who is equally considerate and happy to keep shared spaces clean and looked after. I’d love to find someone who sees this as a home rather than just a place to stay. Someone respectful, easy going and mindful of the people they live with would be a great fit.

A little bit about me. I’m an Architectural Assistant and work in Newton Abbot. I moved to Exeter about a year ago and have been living in this flat ever since. I work in the office from 9 to 5 during the week and usually spend my weekends batch cooking, cleaning, and catching up with friends or just taking it easy.

I’m fairly sociable and always happy for the occasional chat, but I also appreciate having our own space and downtime.
