1 double bedroom in central 2 bed houseshare

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate flatmate to share a lovely two-bedroom flat on Fore Street with me. It’s rented through two really nice private landlords, and I’m hoping to find someone who’s looking for a relaxed, friendly home rather than just somewhere to stay.

The flat is currently unfurnished (the photos are just to show the size), but it will be furnished before move-in. You’ll also have primary use of the main bathroom, as the other bathroom will be attached to my room.

The rent includes water and the building service charge. We’ll split the electricity, Wi-Fi and Council Tax (Band A) between us. No parking sorry.

A little about me: I’m a small animal vet, so I tend to keep fairly busy with work. Outside of work I love running, sea swimming and getting outdoors. I’m sociable and always happy for a cuppa, a chat or a film night, but I also really value having our own space and a calm, easy-going home.
