Room available for Exeter uni student

I’ve decided to not return to Exeter university this year so I am advertising one room in this house tenancy starting 5th September. 3 other rooms are occupied. If interested I can direct you to the landlord company called good lord and can transfer tenancy. Deposit is £600 and will be secured through their deposit scheme. Rent will be £628 paid on the 5th of every month. I have paid the first payment and request half of the £628 transferred to me after tenancy is transferred, so you have 50% off for the first payment. Then £628 to the landlord from October 5th. Bills not included but other house mates have set up regular payments for bills and broadband through the landlords app.
