The house is located on St Johns Road, an ideal location for either campus and a short walk from the city centre. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom with wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers. The house has a separate lounge at the front of the house which is a lovely communal space, at the rear of the ground floor is a recently fitted large kitchen diner with 2 x fridge freezers, cooker and washing machine. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, separate WC. The final double bedroom is in the attic.

Outside there is a small rear courtyard garden.

The house is mostly double glazed and has gas central heating. The house is in a Residents Parking area, permits would need to be obtained from Devon Permits, the allocation is usually 2 per property.

The existing housemates are all studying nursing at University of Exeter.
