We are a friendly family home with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. There is shared use of the kitchen and living spaces.

The house is right on the river, with beautiful, peaceful views – a lovely place to relax after work. We are also situated close to cycle paths, making it particularly convenient for anyone who enjoys cycling or wants to cycle into Exeter.

We have a friendly dog and a cat. The dog is very well behaved and does not go upstairs, so the bedroom area remains pet-free. There is also secure space to store a bicycle.
