Room for rent

I have a spacious double room available in my home in Cranbrook, Exeter.

I’m an NHS shift worker, so I’m ideally looking for someone who understands shift patterns and the importance of sleep and a calm home environment — healthcare students or professionals very welcome.

I’m house-proud and keep the home clean and tidy, so I’m looking for someone respectful who will maintain that standard.

I also have a friendly Labrador who loves everybody. She lives and sleeps downstairs, so the bedroom itself has been pet-free, but you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs.
