The house is presently a holiday let. As From 1st October we intend to let 3 rooms as a multi let, which consists of two double bedrooms and the joint living and dining rooms….the dining room will become the bedroom, I’m also fitting a basin in the alcove. The furniture in the living room may be altered.
The remaining bedroom will serve as a shared common room!
The property has bathroom upstairs, and a shower, basin and toilet downstairs.
The kitchen is fully kitted including a split level oven, a tall fridge, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
There is a separate utility room with washing machine, freezer, sink and work-top.
The courtyard with a table and 6 chairs, can be easily accessed via a secure gate to the rear, providing parking for push bikes!
The rent is inclusive of all bills including fast broadband.
The rooms will be let from 1st October…….will consider letting from mid-September!
