Comfy double room, near RD&E Hospital

I'm an academic professional (working from home many days), with a teenage son. We have a nicely decorated room in the house that will be available for rent soon.

This is only suitable for professionals - no students.
We would prefer someone who is only renting Monday-Friday, and who does NOT work from home.

House is in Exeter, close to Wyvern Barracks, not far from RD&E Hospital and St Lukes campus, and walking distance to town.

The room is furnished with a comfy double bed. There is also an armchair and a computer for watching netflix/DVDs. There is a wardrobe for suitcase/clothes. There is a small folding desk with chair. There’s fast wifi.

The room has a separate sole use bathroom equipped with a decent shower and toilet. However note that getting to bathroom needs walking up one flight of stairs.

It’s a friendly, quiet and green neighbourhood.
Cost for full month rent is £700, including all bills (less if staying e. g. Mon-Fri).

There is no common living room.
For rent is a sole double room.

We are looking for a quiet and mature person who keeps to themselves, and who is usually out during much of the day. Nights should be quiet between 22:45-7:00 (no cooking, washing machine, loud music, or extended showering-negotiable if working times require).
Renter's use of kitchen is ok, but should be substantially less than cooking three times a day, every day.

Occasional noise during day hours is completely fine.
(We also have some musical instruments that are occasionally used.)
