The address is EX4 8GA, an unfurnished but very quality stay. It is a house with 4 bedrooms but 3 are occupied. Since it is unfurnished, you can help design the house and your personal room anyway you want.
I am looking for a student to stay here with me and two other guys, preferably female to mix it up. A female tenant is preferred as landlords tend to be more accepting of their applications. I am NOT a landlord, just another student who has a space available and in need of some female power.
I WILL not ask for any payment or deposit until you have viewed the property and is happy to proceed.
