I am looking for one other person to share my three bedroom house in Heavitree, Exeter. The house is in one of the most desirable areas in Exeter, with Heavitree Park 5 minutes walk away. The hospital is within 10 mins walking distance and the walk to the uni/town is 10/15 minutes away.
You can have the double room furnished or unfurnished, whichever suits you. There is the option to have your own downstairs lounge as well as bedroom. Equally you can share both the downstairs reception rooms.
There is a kitchen and bathrooom with shower downstairs as well as a courtyard garden.
I have a small, cuddly and friendly dog.
