A lovely furnished double room available in a friendly, welcoming family home in Exeter. All household bills are included.

We are an easy-going family and are very used to welcoming people into our home, as I regularly host international students through local language schools. We also have a lovely, friendly Labrador, so you would need to be comfortable around dogs.

The house is a relaxed, clean and comfortable home, and I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful and tidy who would enjoy living in a family environment. The room would be ideal for a university student, postgraduate, international student or young professional, and short-term stays are very welcome.

You will have use of the kitchen and shared living areas, and the room is available seven days a week.

I also have a second furnished single room which will become available from 23rd November. Please feel free to enquire if you are looking for accommodation from this date.

£750 per calendar month for single occupancy, including bills.
