There is a little local shop nearly and a large supermarket 10 mins' walk away.
The house is bright, comfortable, mainly wooden floors downstairs, carpets upstairs. Wifi & gas central heating.
Upstairs is a shower & toilet room, and downstairs a washroom/toilet with a washing machine.
The room is a quiet single room (single bed), at the side of the house, bright & overlooking patio and allotments.
There is a bed, a wardrobe (hanging space & drawers), a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair.
Downstairs are a kitchen (own shelves in fridge/freezer, own food storage cupboard) and a dining-room, which are both shared.
Outside is a small patio-garden with table and chairs, and a washing line.
All charges are included : gas, water, electricity, council tax (Band C), wifi.
Looking for a someone who works outside the home during most of the week, is tidy and reasonably quiet and looks after own cooking / washing, etc. No couples, and no animals.
House rules are practical ones and include what would be expected sharing a family house.
