Double Room to Let. Working Profesionals

I and my flatmate are moving out together so we are looking for a replacement to take over our contract. If you like the property, all the process will be done with the landlord/agency for reference checks. We preferably accept working professionals with full time jobs.

l have been living here for over a year and it's an amazing property and all our flatmates get along really well! Its 2 min walk to Tescos and bus stop is right outside the house and Heavitree Park is a min walk away. The room is on ground floor and the bathroom is shared with one other person. It's a fully furnished property with all bills included and an amazing garden with a reclining sun chair!!
