Beautiful newly renovated 1930's home in Heavitree

The house is a good size 3 bed. East facing living room connected to the west facing dining room and new galley kitchen. Small functional modern bathroom upstairs.

There are two bedrooms available. One is a good size double and fully furnished. The other has a small double or single and it's also fully furnished but is a smaller room. Both west facing.

One person is welcome to rent both rooms (price negotiable) and use the smaller room to work from. However, I would not like clients visiting the home so it will need to be remote working or used for another purpose.

The west facing garden is a good size but in need of a refurb. It's levelled at the moment but will be looking fantastic by spring. I'm a garden designer and will be working on it over the winter.

This is a home and not an HMO as such. I'm a live in landlord and don't have any particular rules around who does what when. I am a clean and tidy person though so it really suits people who are the same.

The house is literally stones throw for Higher Cemetery for gentle evening rambles, and Heavitree park and cafe are a minute away. It's about a 20 minute walk into town or 5 mins by bicycle. Heavitree highstreet is a less than 5 minutes walk with pubs, cafes, COOP/Tesco and other shops.

I have one spare parking permit for the road but if there are also a number of spaces around the back that require no permits.

When I'm not designing gardens I work in sustainability (for want of a better term). I'm an active outdoorsy guy, into music and a member of a local amateur dramatics company. I'll often be out on the moor or the coast and rivers and the weekends and summer evenings.
