Double room in top floor flat near to Waitrose ( the Heavitree side ). Furnished with a bed, 2 small chests of drawers, a wardrobe and a cupboard. Can provide more furniture if required. Off road parking on drive outside. Good transport links, 15 min walk to RD and E , 5 mins from Heavitree shops and about 15min walk to Exeter city centre.
The flat has 2 bathrooms both with a shower and a separate WC. There is also the option if required for sole use of another room ( single bedroom size ). There is gas central heating throughout the flat.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer and an under counter fridge and a separate under counter freezer, oven, microwave, small toaster oven and a washing machine. ( Will soon be getting a tumble drier now winter is approaching)
The only other tenant will be myself - I’m a reasonably young at heart 62 yr old female working in charity retail. I’m easy going but like the kitchen to be kept tidy and clean. I’m fairly sociable but also appreciate alone time.
